Caused blockage in all shower valves and had to be flushed onsite.

Vents & condensate risers were not long enough to connect to above unit.

Additional offsets and fittings were required to connect to above unit.
Faucets not installed properly to manufacture requirements.
Cross-connection systems (Hot/Cold) no cross-connection testing.
Vertical risers, not properly coordinated, additional on-site re-work required.
Shower valves, Missing parts, not shipped complete, added costs.
Sink supply lines, not installed correctly, structural issue, rework required.
