Issue: 

Factory installed sanitary tee does

not align with the deck penetrations.

Why It Matters: 

Off both vertically and horizontally.

Issue: 

Multiple installed sanitary tees do not align with the deck penetrations.

Why It Matters: 

Offsets and a pup piece was added and penetration also required work.

Issue: 

Stub outs are too close to the ceiling.

Why It Matters: 

Vents cannot be attached. 

Issue: 

Shower value not centered with the hole in the wall.

Why It Matters: 

A larger plate than anticipated is needed to cover the addition space.

Issue: 

All water closets had the float incorrectly positioned. 

Why It Matters: 

Each one had to be corrected onsite.

Issue: 

Wood debris throughout the supply lines across units.

Why It Matters: 

Caused blockage in all shower valves and had to be flushed onsite.

Issue: 

Vents & condensate risers were not long enough to connect to above unit.

Why It Matters: 

Additional offsets and fittings were required to connect to above unit.
