Factory Failures

FAILURES IN THE FACTORY

Factory Built Housing is built by minimally trained factory workers and is not legally required to comply with local building code standards and green building codes, or undergo inspections by local authorities. Sub-standard construction and outsourced partial inspections increases the risks of safety hazards, extra costs, and project delays.
